Set up authenticator

This page only works until a TOTP secret is saved. Scan the QR with Google Authenticator, then enter one valid code plus your admin password. The secret is not stored until that code checks out.

Set SLBOT_ADMIN_PASSWORD_HASH (bcrypt) before enrolling TOTP.
